We are proud to offer our clients comprehensive sports traning through our partner, One Human Performance Center. For nearly ten years, One Human Performance Center has provided personalized wellness and lifestyle guidance to everyone from professional athletes to weekend warriors.  Currently they are working with the Super Bowl Champions, the New York Giants, providing guidance to both their players and coaching staff!  Depending on the demands of the athlete’s sport and the results of their personal athletic profile, a customized, sports-specific training program will be developed to achieve maximal performance.

Physio Fitness is a private, upscale physical fitness studio located in Wayne, New Jersey where all clients are welcomed and treated like family. Experience all the benefits of a private workout. Our exercise specialists design specific programs to meet your individual goals.  Available services include one-on-one or semi-private personal training, including stretching, weight loss, and wellness programs. First Shot Soccer has been a recognized leader in the development of youth soccer players in the North Jersey area for over 20 years.  Whether our younger patients are new to the game or have been playing at a premier level, we encourage them to check out First Shot Soccer.  Bobby Calderon, creator and Academy Director, played professionally in the Costa Rican First Division for Deportivo Saprissa.  Bobby and his staff's expertise enable youths to develop into skillful, intelligent, and competitive soccer players.  First Shot Soccer is a full-service training academy which offers various training programs, camps, winter training, private training, small group training, and high school mini-camps all year round for boys and girls in the North Jersey area ages 6-19. Their training philosophy will allow your child the confidence and ability to take that First Shot!
