Unlike most traditional nutrition programs, Bonnie’s approach
is not a diet. You will not be asked to count calories, follow
a restricted meal plan, or weigh yourself daily. This program is
based on you as a unique individual. By working closely with Bonnie,
you will discover which foods are best for
your unique body type. You will learn how to make food and lifestyle
choices that fit into your schedule and work with your specific
needs. Because your program is spread out over the course of several
sessions, you will be allowed to make gradual changes that will
likely become permanent good habits.

Individual health counseling programs are available in three, six,
or twelve sessions depending on your needs and goals. Each session
lasts one hour. The objectives of the program are to radically
improve your life, resolve health concerns specific to you, and
provide you with tools for a lifetime of balance.
